I am 53, play golf once a week not that it would help my golf game, I just want to be able to sleep all night instead of waking up with my nudge (which is the worse right now) aching. Thank everybody for any and all advice. I have had those shots in my wrist 3 times but was told they can only do it one more time. SOOOOO everybody HELP PLEASE

Saturday, July 10th, 2010I diverted a falling coconut from a palm tree from arresting my head with the palm of my right hand. I just guided it away to avoid a head break. But then I’ve been feeling pain in my nudge and sensitivity in my arm. I’ve been told it was an overstretched tendon by the overflexing of the palm.
The other one is my left knee. I’m overweight and with several months of walking and losing 10 pounds I chose to start running sections of my 1 mile walk. Yesterday I ongoing to feel pain on my left knee…Is this part of no pain no gain deal? Anyway any home remedy recommendation is excellent. Thanks.
