Has anyone ever tried to relieve their symptoms of arthritis with a green tea or water fast?

Tuesday, May 25th, 2010

I’m experiencing a bit of pain in my joints and muscles and I don’t want to have to rely on pills to get me through my day. I’ve heard that fasting if done properly can eliminate toxins from the body and relieve major symptoms of arthritis and even Raynaud’s phenomenon. It’s worth a shot.

And yes I’ve already consulted a doctor this week. She took some tests and told me to come back in a month. Then she sent me on my way home with a prescription for a pain killer (that doesn’t do much for pain) and some business to help me sleep at night.
