I’m just at a computer and also do some guitar.
wow! that was great. I’ve done some things similar, but it was so nice to see a great straight forward explanation and routine.

No, in my thumbs and wrist. It’s common in people in that area due to the amount we use our thumbs.

My God that third stretch where you can grab your thumb at the end feels AWESOME.

Thank you so much! Tendonitis has been very annoying, and even picking up text books and participating in culinary has been painful.

My snare hand (left hand) has been numb and tingling for a week now. It is on pinky and finger by it….outside edges all of the way down forearm..feels “asleep”

This worked for me! After having Xrays, cortisone injections for my painful tendonitis, doing these exercises provided instant relief for my hand after living with it for about 1.5 months. Thanks for this video!! Try it people, this is for free. This saved me money from visiting the physical therapist.

Hello, does push ups and lifting weights will worsen my tendonitis? Thanks

  21. Anglofilly says:

I was so surprised to find this. My career ended long ago because of CTS and I’ve battled tendonitis for the past few years. I will definitely give these exercises a try.

  22. Maravillavc says:

  23. davidspegasus says:

I hope these exercises work for me b/c I have lots of pain in my hands from drumming.

  24. withindarkness says:

I used to do exercises similar to the last set.

Now that I think about it, my problems really started when I stopped doing them.

I’m going to do these every day, and definitely each time before I play!

    Thanks for sharing!

  25. phaota says:

Thanks a million for these exercises. That hand pull one really helps a lot.
